Holy Basil Tea Preparation

  3-4 leaves
  5-15 minutes

Choose a few vibrant, green, mature, larger leaves for flavour and potency! Gently pinch the leaves off with your fingernails. It is best to pick them in the morning for the most concentrated of oils for your tea, however you can pick it anytime. Pour hot water over the leaves and steep for 5-15 minutes depending on your taste. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavour.
